1. What’s the purpose of this site?


This site gives you information on District 318D of Lions Clubs International and data of clubs and their members with photographs. It enables clubs to report their monthly club activities (MAR) and claim points eligible so that a competitive spirit is generated among clubs excelling in club activities. This site also helps you to visit official International site where worldwide club service activities (SAR) are reported along with your club Monthly Membership Report (MMR). Reporting is restricted to office bearers of clubs with password. Any other area of the sites is free to browse for information.

2. How to report our Monthly Activity (MAR)?


Once you login, click Upload MAR, select the month for which you are Reporting and click View Rules. Select the applicable Rules that you want to Report and click Submit at the bottom. After Submission Attach photographs, documents etc in JPG, TIFF, PDF, WORD, WORDPAD or EXCEL format. Maximum size of the Attachment must not exceed 1 MB. In case you find difficulty in uploading attachments, attach them in an email and send to the District Office adding subject of the photographs.

3. How to report our Monthly Membership (MMR)?


‘INTERNATIONAL OFFICE (MMR)’ in www.lions318d.com leads you directly to international office website where you can browse all Lions Clubs International activities. Click ‘Submit Reports’ and report MMR with the help of a password.

4. What’s SAR and how do we report it?


Lions club Service Activity Report is SAR. When you do MMR the international site gives option for Service Activity Report. The site also provides a Training tool. You may: -Click the “Activities” link, the last link in the MMR page at www.lionsclubs.org, using your password. Click the desired month. Click “Add New” link. -Enter a Title and Description for the activity -Enter the Activity Type -Enter the appropriate numerical data -Upload a photo for your activity (optional) -Select optional activity preferences and save the activity -Don’t forget to click “Share this Story” check box for the world to see it. -Click Save. Edit the Activity (optional) -Add a Signature Activity (a re-occurring activity that your club organizes on an on-going basis)

5. How should we get our password for MAR and other club updating?


District Website: www.lions318d.com - Only if you're President, Secretary or Treasurer you need Login. Others can view details of all clubs and all their members. Passwords are issued to RCs, ZCs and ACPs for administrative purpose. - Office bearers should get thier Membership number from ‘Profile’ shown below their name in club folder. Membership number is your User Name and Password. You may change your password immediately after you login. - The password enables you to send MAR, add, delete and update Member details with photograph. It also helps you to update your club profile with Charter Certificate.

6. Can we get a Print of our MAR report?


Of course! Click ‘View MAR’ and select the month or period; and Print.

7. What would the club Treasurer do with his password?


The club treasurer can verify their club account in both district and international site. He has a choice of remitting the district dues online. From international site the treasurer gets monthly account statement.

8. At what Exchange Rate our clubs should remit international dues?


Club must remit International dues at the rate fixed by the International office every month. Check your District Bill online for latest exchange rate.

9. How should we get our password for MMR/SAR?


If you are new to WMMR you can create your own user name and password by clicking 'New User? Click here to Register Now' on the login page and follow the onscreen prompts to select a user name and password; note, you will be asked questions to confirm your identity and you will be required to provide a unique email address/id. All officers are required to register for a new username and password. To register your username and password, follow this path: - Go to the home page at www.lions318d.com - Click ‘INTERNATIONAL OFFICE (MMR)’ - Click the 'Submit Reports' link at the top, centre of the page - Click the Lions logo - Click the 'New User? Click here to register now' link - Enter your member number and the word verification - Click the 'Submit' button - Fill out the entire form to allow you to create a new username and/or password.

10. Do the Lioness & Leo PSTs require password?


Yes. They need password for MAR. View ‘Profile’ and get Membership number.

11. What’s link “Download” at top right corner for?


It helps you to download club utilities viz. District emblem, Lions emblem, DG’s photo, Postal addresses of Top-94, DCs and PSTs.

12. Why Birthdays and Wedding Anniversaries of our club members do not appear in the Home Page?


Because the data of your club members are incomplete. Fill it up.

Because the data of your club members are incomplete. Fill it up.

Because the data of your club members are wrong and incomplete. Fill them up correctly.

15. Why are we not able to delete some members from our club list?


A member whom a password is issued by the district administration cannot be deleted by the club. You may contact the district office to remove such member.

16. Is there any way to get monthly points the club claims and their allotments?


In Club Ranking list click on your aggregate points; you get monthly segregation of points.
